HOLDING DEPOSIT FORM FOR IMPERIAL STUDENTS
IMPORTANT – Do not sign this form or pay any money unless you are certain that you wish to take up the accommodation. In the event that you should change your mind or any condition of your offer, then any holding deposit received will not be refunded.
Terms of Holding Deposit:
- The deposit is only refundable should be the Landlord withdraw from entering into the Tenancy Agreement in respect of the above property.
- The initial balance must be paid in Cash, Banker Transfer or Debit / Credit Card to RR Properties Ltd. We cannot accept personal or business cheques.
- If you have paid holding deposit while the accommodation is occupied then proper notice has been received by the Landlord or RR Properties Ltd. If such notice is withdrawn all monies paid will be returned. No further compensation of any kind will be paid.
- If you have paid your holding deposit but the Landlord wishes to interview you first or any terms have not been agreed then such booking is subject to the landlords approval. If refused by the Landlord, your holding deposit will be returned and no further compensation will be considered.
- In the event that RR Properties Ltd are charged by your bank an administration fee for a status enquiry, this fee will not be refunded.
